The Intermediate Lions today resume preparations ahead of the African Nations championship CHAN to be played in Cameroon in January and February 2020. The team will camp in the CAF excellence center in Mbankomo till the 28 of September 2020 under the supervision of Coach Yves Clement Arroga.

Preselected players into the Intermediate Lions have been encouraged to give the best of themselves to better defend the country if given the opportunity. Coach Yves Clement Arroga A. and his collaborators made the requests to the players in an official training camp opening event at the CAF excellence center in Mbankomo. The players have expressed their satisfaction with the confidence bestowed on them by the technical staff with the promise to work hard and remain discipline.

Intermediate Lions Team Doctor urges players to take resting, sufficient water consumption, none usage of unauthorised medications seriously. Dr Euloge Yiagnigni Mfopou was speaking during the team’s training camp opening event on Tuesday September 15, 2020 at the CAF excellence center in Mbankomo. Dr Euloge and his collaborators assured the players of constant medical follow up to guarantee fitness during the two weeks camp. Their duty he added is to accompany the players and enable them to win.
