The Ngoa Ekelle stadium hosted this Thursday afternoon the second training session of the indomitable lions of Cameroon,preparing for the international friendly match against Jamaica on November 9th.

For almost two hours, the 23 outfield players rehearsed their ranges through several intense sequences of play, while the goalkeepers four in total were entitled to specific exercices with the ball in the penalty area on the other side of the pitch. Workshops that Devis Epassy followed before continuing with the physical condition component alongside Leandre Tawamba and Vincent Aboubakar,now bringing the number of expatriate players present in the den to three.

This Friday,the program of the day foresees as main activity: a training session behind closed doors from 5 p.m at the Ngoa Ekelle stadium.
