Lionesses make giant moves

Players of the female national team have continued to make giant moves to leagues in the diaspora after the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup. Their moves have been greatly linked to a marked improvement in their performance in the recent past.

While Meffometou Falone moved from Gingamp to FC Fleure in France, Yango Grace moved from Saint Malo to Guingamp.

Abam Betis on her part made a cross country move from Paris FC in France to Seville in Spain.

Some home based lionesses have also made impressive moves. Mimboe Carole goalkeeper with Louves MINPROOF together with teammate defensive midfielder Mambolambo Bodolo Eliane and Nkada Agnes Marie Claire of AMAZONE FAP have completed arrangements for a move to Madrid based Spanish Second tier side Extremadura UD.

Their engagements have been greatly welcomed by the football public in Cameroon particularly at the time the Lionesses are engaged in the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games qualifiers.
