The Thursday night training session took place in the Eurostars Hotel gym where the Indomitable Lions reside.
On the agenda, an indoor bodybuilding exercise of the upper and lower body, and outside a workout of the abdominal strap (abdo and sheathing …). The players returning from injury were entitled to a specific program of regeneration in particular.
In the morning, at the Real Madrid technical center the players for the first time since the beginning of this regrouping had a training test GPS assistance.

Team building exercises and field games were also on the menu.
During the day, Tristan Dingome bid his goodbye to the team and the staff. The injured the player of Stade de Reims had the authorization of the coach to leave the den for his reeducation. His teammates and staff expressed their encouragement and concern. It was in an emotional moment.

His flight for France was scheduled for 20:30 tonight.

Overall, the climate is serene within the lair. The training is taking place in good conditions thanks to the measures taken by the FECAFOOT and the State and thanks to the reputation of the coach Clarence Seedorf whose personal relations opens many doors in Madrid. The team makes the most of this.
