The recently appointed coach of the Intermediate Lions has officially presented his ambitions and expectations to the maintained technical staff and preselected players of the team. Martin Ndtoungou Mpile addressed the team on Sunday October 25, 2020 at the CAF excellence center in Mbankomo as the team begins the third training camp after the COVID-19 break.

Stating clearly that his wish is to win the competition, the Coach indicated that his wish cannot be realised without the total engagement of players.

“Everyone in the group must be determined and performant if we must succeed.” He said

Coach Ndtoungou further explained that his previous position as supervisor gave him an opportunity to know the players but he will need to evaluate their performance now from the position of a coach through matches to be organised in the coming days.

Coach Ndtoungou Mpile takes over from Yves Clement Arroga A. He takes charge of the group alongside Pagou David as his second assistant after Emmanuel Ndumbe Bosso.
