The Intermediate national football team has lost 0-1 to Stade Renard of Melong this Sunday December 27 in a pre-CHAN preparatory match in Douala.

Martin Ndtoungou Mpile’s men got a 90th minute goal knockdown after staying top on the game but failed to hit the back of the net.

While pressing Stade Renard for putting up a good resistance against his team, Coach Ndtoungou reminded journalists that his team has played four matches unbeaten and so losing one « can be considered an error. »

The Intermediate Lions will face UMS of Loum in the second of two evaluation games in Douala during a night fixture at the Japoma stadium on Monday December 28, 2020.
