Started over a month ago, construction works are on high speed at the Cameroon Football Federation (FECAFOOT) Technical Center in Odza on the outskirts of Yaounde.

The two construction firms GEMAT Sarl and Emerging Engineering confered the works have mobilised human, technical and material resources required for the job to be done within the expected time.

With the bush clearing done,  hotel, refectory and fence foundations almost half way gone just like opening of internal roads and drainage systems, the contractors have expressed their determination to deliver within the scheduled deadline.

During a visit to the site recently, the President of FECAFOOT Seidou Mbombo Njoya appreciated the engagement of the contractors and urged them to deploy all neccessary logistics needed to deliver before the African Cup of nations AFCON 2022 which falls conveniently within the one year project lifespan.
