The Indomitable Lions resumed training on the pitch

The Indomitable Lions resumed training on the pitch, after hours of recovery in the gym and in the pool on Saturday. The Sunday evening session took place in two stages. First a specific job. On the one hand, defenders and defensive midfielders, under the supervision of coach Clarence Seedorf and Jean Alain Boumsong, and on the other, attackers and offensive midfielders led by Patrick Kluivert and Joel Epalle. The second part of the training consisted of conservation work and opposition with goalkeepers taking turns.

But before going onto the pitch, the players each did an individual job in the gym. On the pitch Clarence Seedorf’s boys went through warm-up exercises under coach Hervé Mbome.

Be it in the gym or on the pitch, we saw the same intensity and the same abnegation, the Indomitable Lions and despite the temperature that hovered this Sunday evening between 35 and 40 degrees.

This ardour at work earned the players a round of applause from the staff.
Monday is a long day with two training sessions.

The Indomitable Lions return to Yaounde Tuesday by special flight.
