"We are satisfied with discipline in the group"-Enow Ngachu

The third phase of the Lionesses preparation camp for the upcoming Women Africa Cup of Nations has ended with the Head Coach, Enow Ngachu expressing satisfaction generally with the training camp and specifically at the level of discipline in the group.

“We are satisfied with discipline and our hope is that there should be no cases of indiscipline. If we have to succeed, we need to be disciplined at all levels in both the game and daily life” the coach told the players at a meeting to officially end the camp.

“You choose a difficult career and you can do better, you have talents though not channeled and things can be easier if you are committed”, the coach said.

Enow Ngachu however cautioned that the group will only advance with those who are willing.

In Buea focus was on physical training, the second phase more on techniques and in Yaounde focus was on tactical aspects in addition to defensive organization of the game.

The next camp we would focus on offensive animation but also revisiting defensive and offensive animation.

During the third phase of the AFCON preps from August 7-21, the Lionesses played two friendlies drawing with 1-1 with Espoir du Caire, (local team) and defeated APEJES 3-2.
